His mercy endures forever.

WHEN THE DOORS WERE LOCKED.

Words are few today due to travel. May the risen Christ in our midst open our hearts to receive His love and mercy and may we extend love and mercy to others, especially those we find most difficult.

MY LORD AND MY GOD!

God of the living, you sent your Son in mercy to open for us the gates of eternal life. Open the hearts of all people to receive the Good News of his dying and rising in faith and love, through the same Jesus Christ your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.
(Magnificat, Prayer for the Morning, April 28, 2019)

If we open our hearts to mercy and we seal forgiveness with a fraternal embrace, we proclaim before the world that it is possible to overcome evil with good.
