At the name of Jesus every knee should bend.
'When the hour came, Jesus took his place at table with the apostles.' Let's each one of us join Jesus at table and spend some time with Luke's account of the Lord's Passion. Pray that you may not undergo the test.
THE LORD GOD IS MY HELP, THEREFORE I AM NOT DISGRACED.
Jesus shows us how to face moments of
difficulty and the most insidious of temptations by preserving in our hearts a
peace that is neither detachment nor superhuman impassivity, but confident
abandonment to the Father and to his saving will, which bestows life and mercy.
