You forsake not those who seek you, O Lord.

MARY, MOTHER OF GOD,
PRAY FOR US.

Welcome to Saturday. A couple things to keep in mind throughout this day, whatever comes your way. First, what Jesus said to the disciples in private, He says to us too: Amen, I say to you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain. 'Move from here to there,' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you (Mt 17:20). And second, words from the psalmist: "The Lord is a stronghold for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of distress" (Ps 9:10). So let us call on the Name of the Lord who made heaven and earth. I believe, help my unbelief.

Our whole life is called, with the grace of the Spirit, to become prayer. The Lord transforms us, day after day, making our hearts more similar to His.
(Pope Francis, Message to the Franciscan Minims of the Sacred Heart, August 8, 2020)

SAINT DOMINIC,
PRAY FOR US.

Today's photo: There's beauty in white in honor of the Dominican habit. We pray especially today for all Dominicans, world-wide. Thank you for your service to God and the Church.
