Feast of Saint Luke

Readings of the Day
RB: Ch 14 The Celebration of Vigils on the Anniversaries of Saints
Mass: 2 Tm 4:10-17b; Resp Ps 145; Lk 10:1-9

Let the faithful discourse of the glory of your Kingdom and speak of your might.

The harvest is abundant but the laborers are few; so ask the master of the harvest to send out laborers for his harvest.
(Lk 4:2)

As friends of the Lord, we are called to respond to the psalmist: Your friends make known, O Lord, the glorious splendor of your Kingdom (Ps 145:12).

Saint Luke, you reveal the heart of Jesus and His mercy, help us to rediscover the joy of being Christians, witnesses of the goodness of the Lord.
(Pope Francis, Twitter, October 18, 2019)

HEART OF JESUS, DELIGHT OF ALL THE SAINTS,
HAVE MERCY ON US.

SAINT LUKE, PRAY FOR US.

MARY, QUEEN OF ALL SAINTS,
PRAY FOR US.
