RB: Ch 35:12-18
Mass: Esther C:12, 14-16, 23-25; Resp Ps 138; Mt 7:7-12
Do to others whatever you would have them do to you.
My thoughts this morning are with loved ones who are grieving. Do you know someone who is grieving, in pain, lonely, or sick? Why not reach out to them today with a phone call, a visit to their home or office, an invitation for a meal, a card or letter. Above all, pray for him or her, every day without fail. O Lord, my God, turn our mourning into gladness and our sorrows into wholeness.
O God, you listen to your people's plea. For the love that hears all our pleas, voiced and unvoiced, we give you thanks, for you heed and answer us in all our deepest needs, through Christ our Lord. Amen.
(Magnificat, Prayer for the Morning, March 14, 2019)
Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.
I WILL GIVE THANKS TO YOU, O LORD, WITH ALL MY HEART, FOR YOU HAVE HEARD THE WORDS OF MY MOUTH; IN THE PRESENCE OF THE ANGELS I WILL SING YOUR PRAISE; I WILL WORSHIP AT YOUR HOLY TEMPLE AND GIVE THANKS TO YOUR NAME.
(Resp Ps 138)
