Behold, God's voice resounds, the voice of power; "Confess the power of God!"
These days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) before the celebration of Pentecost, we listen to the Prayer of Jesus to His Father in the 17th chapter of St John's Gospel. We, with Jesus, lift up our eyes to heaven and pray.
Our Father who art in heaven, help us to keep your word.
Our Father who art in heaven, help us to be one as you and your Son are one.
Our Father who art in heaven, keep us from the Evil One.
Our Father who art in heaven, consecrate us in the truth.
Our Father who art in heaven, may the love with which you loved your Son be in us.
