Thursday of the Twenty-Ninth Week in Ordinary Time

Readings of the Day
RB: Ch 18:20-25
Mass: Ep 3:14-21; Resp Ps 33; Lk 12:49-53

May Christ dwell in our hearts through faith.

Two thoughts for a Thursday:

Firstly, to let St Paul's words sink into your heart: 'Now to him who is able to accomplish far more than all we ask or imagine, by the power at work within us, to him be glory in the Church and in Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.'

Secondly, to take the Holy Father's suggestion of saying every day, in every moment, 'Lord, let me know You, and know myself'.

Sanctity is being Christians who work in life that which Jesus has taught and what Jesus has sown in our hearts.
(Pope Francis, homily, October 25, 2018)
