MARY, QUEEN OF PEACE,
PRAY FOR US.

I am not alone because the Father is with me. I have told you this so that you might have peace in me. In the world you will have trouble, but take courage, I have conquered the world.
(Jn 16:32-33)

Welcome to another Monday, this one in celebration of Memorial Day in our country, a day when our nation remembers and honors all the men and women who died while serving in the United States military. Thank you to all those who gave their lives in service of our country. May they rest in peace. At the same time, many families and friends gather on this holiday to mark the unofficial beginning of summer. We pray for their safety, health and well-being, and that all may gather renewed in faith, hope, and love.

If you were then raised with Christ, seek what is above,
where Christ is seated at the right hand of God. Alleluia, alleluia.
(Gospel Acclamation, Mass)

SAINT JOAN OF ARC,
SAINT ZDZISLAWA OF LEMBERK,
SAINT LUKE KIRBY,
THE YORKSHIRE MARTYRS,
SAINT WALSTUN,
BLESSED JAMES SALOMONIO,
PRAY FOR US.
